Indian Falls is just east of Preserve at Rock Creek, with the two properties naturally divided by a steep cliff line. The property consists of 68 acres, is rectangular shaped, with a quarter-mile of frontage on Hwy 64, across from the Burlingame Country Club in Sapphire, North Carolina.
The landscape is rolling with a gentle, half-mile-long driveway leading to the back of the property, where the waterfall is featured. The driveway bisects the property, with the lower portion running adjacent to a 10 foot wide creek that originates from the Waterfall and the beautiful rock face. The upper section of the driveway has an elevated ridge, which allows for broader views. The Waterfall drops straight down 125 feet and stems from two creeks higher on the mountain at Preserve at Rock Creek.
